As a historic government and arts venue, the theatre required diligent asset documentation for structural preservation, alongside a solution to provide universal accessibility for all patrons without compromising the physical site. Additionally, the venue needed a streamlined method for production planning and booking acts that would reduce the logistical necessity of in-person visits.
We transformed the physical venue into a highly detailed commercial digital asset. By mapping the entire site, we delivered a native visual access tool that removes physical barriers universally. We also provided an in-built measurement tool within the digital twin, allowing production managers and touring acts to meticulously plan stage setups and logistics remotely.
The project successfully secured 24/7 navigational certainty for the community while providing the government sector with precise spatial data for heritage preservation. Furthermore, it significantly streamlined operations for booking acts by removing the need for physical site inspections.
