Booked Sight Unseen: How a 3D Tour Closed an Interstate Wedding
A Brisbane couple booked The Original Coopers Alehouse for their wedding without ever visiting, after a 3D tour showed them the room. The booking's revenue matched the cost of the tour.

Introduction
A tour is not a marketing expense when it books the event space by itself. For The Original Coopers Alehouse, a 3D digital twin of the Maxwell Cooper Room did exactly that, converting an interstate enquiry into a confirmed wedding without the couple ever setting foot in the venue.
The problem: distance
A couple with an existing tentative booking asked for more photos of the Maxwell Cooper Room before confirming. The venue had already sent its usual images, one of the room, one of the balcony, at first contact. The couple were living in Brisbane, and standard photos were not enough to commit a wedding to a room they could not visit.
The tour closed it
The venue sent the ABM visual 3D tour in response to the request for more photos. The couple walked the room remotely, and confirmed the booking. It was completed entirely from interstate, without a site visit.
The commercial result
In the venue's estimate: "Without final food and beverage choices, I would estimate this event would generate similarly to the cost of the tours in revenue (not profit)." Revenue comparable to the cost of the tour, from a single booking made sight unseen.
More than one outcome
The same tour also generated direct enquiries through its lead form and analytics tool, including a corporate function request for 80 to 100 guests. One capture, closing a booking and surfacing new leads at the same time.
Final Thought
A 3D tour does more than show a space. It lets a client anywhere in the world commit with confidence, without ever setting foot in the room. For a venue selling to interstate and overseas clients, that is the difference between a maybe and a booking.
