Our Story
73 Hotels in Rayong: Capture at Volume
In 2022, ABM visual captured 73 hotels and resorts across Rayong, Thailand in roughly 17 days, back to back, up to nine properties in a single day. Proof we deliver at scale.

Most of our work is close to home. This one was not.
In August 2022, ABM visual took on a deployment in Rayong, Thailand: capture and digitise 73 hotels and resorts across the region. Across 17 working days, I captured all 73, in a country where I did not speak the language, and where the logistics were the real test.
Why it mattered
For international tourism, a 3D tour is not a nice-to-have, it is a booking tool. A traveller committing to a room halfway across the world wants to see the actual space first: the room, the pool, the facilities. A digital twin lets them do exactly that, and it works just as well from Adelaide as it does from anywhere else.
What it took
The capture itself is only half the job. The other half is getting to 73 separate properties, in the right order, on time, in a place you do not know. Transport was a constant challenge. Routing and scheduling across the region, working around each hotel's operations, meant the plan changed daily. And every instruction, every booking, every direction had to bridge a language I did not speak. Through all of it, the standard could not drop: property seventy-three had to be captured as well as property one.
Why it still matters
Years on, this is still one of the deployments I point to when someone asks whether we can handle scale. A single venue is straightforward. Seventy-three across a region, to deadline, overseas, is a different question, and this answered it. Whether it is one building in Adelaide or dozens across a region, the capability is the same: turn up, work out the logistics, capture to standard, deliver.
If your portfolio needs high-volume capture without a drop in quality, this is the kind of work we are built for.
